my motivation : Advocate, Inspire and Nurture home-made goodness … adding a sweet touch to every home, and meals with family and friends (Enough said of preservatives, chemicals, artificial flavoring … ). Celebrate with Love!
living my experience: It has been a year and a half since I completed a Sou Chef Diploma with Culinary Institute LeNotre followed by a stint in the pastry kitchen at Singapore’s tallest hotel. I spent more than 10 years working and tasting the various aspect of corporate life. Stepping out and living my dream a step at a time, I love life and serve to share laughter and fun in this joyous world of sweets …
On the personal and family front, my hub BK and I have been working on starting a family for last 3 years, and we are progressing, we believe God’s gifts will come, so we are keeping faith.
For the last one and a half year, I enjoyed freedom in abundance ~ quiet time spent reading and surfing, testing in the kitchen, imagining and more day dreaming, scribbling notes, made some new friends, …, also sought medical intervention for family planning, …, cooking dinners for my hub and loving every moment spent at home. It is a luxury, and it is a choice.
